Rolling Twelve Month POPS Valuation Multiples Report Delivered Each Month
The new POPS MULTIPLES REPORT, delivered monthly, will show the Price-per-POP Value for each transaction filed at the FCC on a Rolling Twelve Month basis and for the previous calendar year. The report will include a POPS value for each station category, including FM, AM with FM Translator, AM Only, FM Translator Only and NCE FM. Each station category will reflect a POPS value nationally and for each of eight regions.
There is no other accurate source for this valuable information. POPS multiple values are the industry accepted method of valuing low, or non cash-flowing commercial stations and for Non-Commercial Educational (NCE) stations.
We recognize the need for this service. The traditional provider, Kagan / S&P Global, has discontinued most of their services. In preparation, we have reviewed all radio transactions at the FCC for 2021 and 2022 and will be continued for 2023 and beyond. Our report shows this data applied to the coverage population for each station sold. This information results in the industry standard POPS Multiples.
